We call our Customer Services Department ‘Member Care’. And that’s what we do - we care for our members. Our members contact us to discuss very personal health matters. It’s important that our team is incredibly caring and capable people that truly make a difference. Over two sites, the Member Care department is split into various specialist areas. Each one is headed up with an Operations Manager, like myself. It’s a fairly large department, but it has a great community feel.

Without a doubt the best thing about Vitality is the people. As a people manager, I strongly believe that without our great people we are nothing. The feeling of community and being part of something is everywhere in Vitality. The support that the business gives to all of us is second to none.
