Our mental health is important, and crucial for us to be able to lead healthy, happy lives. Whether you're going through a tough time, or want to talk to someone, counselling can help. Our health insurance includes eight online or face-to-face Talking Therapy sessions each plan year. There are several options, depending on your needs, including counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).Putting you in touch with the right therapist for you
If you’re referred for treatment – or self-refer – we'll arrange a phone-based assessment. This will help the panel to understand the best course of treatment for you.
If you’re referred for face-to-face sessions, our Mental Health Panel will find a therapist close to you.
