When will I receive my points and how will they be displayed on my statement?
If you’ve used the same email address as instructed above, you’ll receive your workout points within 24 to 48 hours. These will show as ‘Fitness manual points adjustment’ on your Vitality points statement.
Can I earn Vitality points if Im paying for a Peloton App membership
If you’re paying for a Peloton App membership that you didn’t sign up for via Vitality, you can also earn Vitality points. Follow this Peloton link and enter your Vitality membership number. This will link your account, so you can earn Vitality points for your Peloton workouts.
What workout classes can I do on the Peloton App?
You can choose between any live or on-demand classes, including running, cycling, yoga, meditation, stretching, bodyweight cardio and strength training. The Peloton bike doesn’t work in the Peloton App.
What workout classes will earn me Vitality activity points on the Peloton app?
Each workout must be a minimum of 20 minutes and you won’t be able to earn points for multiple shorter workouts – for example you won’t get points for two 15-minute workouts on the same day. For every 20-minute workout you complete with Peloton, we’ll reward you with a maximum of 5 Vitality activity points per day. If you also track your heart rate with an activity tracker you could earn the maximum of 8 Vitality activity points per day. Find out more on the How to earn more points page. Heart rate points will display sooner on your points statement. Vitality points will not be awarded for running, walking, stretching meditating, cycling or connected workouts on a Peloton Bike via the Peloton Digital Membership. Vitality points will be awarded for this reward until further notice.
